Hey, that's MY phrase - it's not cool to steal other people's expressions! Actually, I first heard that in a movie: the one with James Woods and Michael J. Fox, who plays an actor preparing for a role as a cop.

It's actually a very, very old phrase. I remember using it when I was about 6 years old. So, erm, when did you start using it?
I remembered the "loaf" comment from another site that you frequent and wondered if it was just before (or during) the weekly experience.
